About InsuraCentral

InsuraCentral is a CRM and multi-line dialer built for one job: helping life insurance producers turn a list of leads into placed policies. It is operated by Cranfer Technologies LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, with a mailing address at 8520 Allison Pointe Boulevard, Suite 220 #122, Indianapolis, IN 46250, USA.

Why we built it

Most agents run their day across five tools that do not talk to each other: a generic CRM holding the leads, a separate dialer, a quoting site in another tab, a texting service, and a spreadsheet tracking what was actually written. Every gap between those tools is time not spent on the phone, and in a business where leads go cold in minutes, that time is the whole margin.

We built InsuraCentral so the dialer lives inside the lead record, the underwriting question gets answered without leaving the call, and the compliance work — A2P 10DLC registration, DNC scrubbing, calling-hour rules, caller ID reputation — is handled by the platform rather than handed to the agent as homework.

Who it is for

• Life, final expense, mortgage protection and IUL producers who sell primarily by phone
• Agencies and IMO/FMOs distributing leads across multiple producers and tracking their activity
• Agents who buy leads and need speed-to-contact measured in seconds rather than hours

Who it is not for

We would rather tell you now than after a migration. InsuraCentral is not the right tool if you are:

• A consumer shopping for a life insurance policy — we make software for agents, we do not sell coverage
• A property and casualty agency — carrier downloads, endorsements and certificates belong in an agency management system
• Looking for a general-purpose CRM outside insurance — Salesforce, HubSpot or Pipedrive will serve you better
• Operating outside the United States — the platform is built around US carriers and US telecom rules

How we operate

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial and no credit card. There is no annual contract and no onboarding fee. Calling and texting are unlimited and unmetered on every paid plan, because per-minute billing punishes exactly the behavior that makes an agent successful.

On security: data is encrypted at rest and in transit, we honor CCPA/CPRA rights, and TCPA and DNC tooling is built into the dialer. A SOC 2 Type II audit and an independent assessment of our HIPAA-modeled safeguards are currently underway; certification is pending and we will publish the reports when they are issued rather than claim them beforehand.
